ONION TRIMMER-PEELER, Y3894 from Alard Equipment Corporation.

...an industrial capacity Magnuson continuous onion peeling line with trimming, scoring and polishing components, with dip-tank / rinser discharge; food grade, stainless steel.

FEATURES:

Magnuson onion cutter with feed hopper, tip and butt cutter / trimmer section, with scoring knives to loosen the outer layers of onion skins.
Magnuson WSP model brush-washer finisher for removing the loosened onion skins and polishing the finished onions.
Includes connecting / elevating conveyor to carry the trimmed and scored onions from the cutter to the brush-washer finisher.
Includes waste takeaway conveyor which removes waste for both the cutter and the brush-washer finisher.
Dip-and-rinse tank with elevating discharge conveyor, with discharge chute.
Includes connecting / elevating conveyor which conveys the peeled onions from the brush-washer to the dip tank.
All components are food grade stainless steel construction.
Onion trimmer-scorer is hydraulically driven, with integral 3-phase hydraulic power pack.
4-roll brush-washer-finisher is hydraulically driven, with a standalone hydraulic power pack included.
3 phase drives on conveyors.
Previously used for preparing fresh peeled onions in preparation for dicing and shredding for relish, salsa, and other uses.
