...the Tenrit Solo C is a vegetable peeling machine manufacturer recommended for carrots, cucumbers, parsnips, salisfies, and other elongated vegetables, which uses a series of peeling knives to peel these elongated vegetable products at high volume capacities, while simulating the clean, smooth look and texture of hand-peeled product.

OPERATION:

The vegetables are hand fed (the machine can also be fed with an optional v-belt, not included) into the feed end through a series of pneumatically sprung side-by-side transport roller pairs which transport the product through the machine. During this transfer the transport rollers carry the product through a gauntlet of knives at varying orientations so that the product is completely peeled during it's transit through the machine. The transport rollers and peeling knives flex to conform to the shape of the vegetable passing through the machine.
