...a Bruynooghe vibratory feeder, aligner, four deck / three step vibrating feed conveyor, industrial dewatering shaker, orients elongated fruit & vegetable products into a single direction. An aligning feeder for food products such as green beans, carrots, peppers, pickles, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, leeks, french fries and other strip cuts, stick cuts and more.

FEATURES:

39 inch wide by 118 inch long.
13.75 inch long solid infeed.
Three (3) screen sections:

19.25 inch long each.
1/8 inch rods and 3mm sieves -- rods are inline with flow.
1/4 inch step down between each screen section.

3 inch drop to six (6) lanes.

Four (4) individual 1.25 wide aligners per lane.
Last 8 inch is angled down to more gently convey product downstream.

97 inch high infeed, 88 inch discharge height.
All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction.
Vibratory action provided by two (2) 2.5 HP rotary / eccentric vibrator motors.
575 volt 3 phase electrical input (optional transformer available separately).
