...a restored / refurbished stainless steel industrial centrifugal dryer, which was the first version of the Heinzen SD300 model. Very high manufacture quality, marvelously overbuilt for maximum durability, as early Heinzen equipment was famous for. Designed for dewatering leafy vegetables / pre-cut produce, including for drying iceberg & romaine lettuce, spring mixes, spinach, cabbage, onions, carrots, broccoli plus other fresh-cut vegetables after washing.
